The only thing I can say is the PR interval looks like its on the long side.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Final Impression?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sinus rhythm @ ~95 bpm with borderline 1st degree AV block.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Management implications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nothing in particular.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Take-home Point:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unless you just told your patient a scary story, or the first year med student is putting in their first large bore IV, then 95 bpm is not really normal- especially at rest. So I wouldn&#8217;t call this &#8216;normal sinus rhythm&#8217; personally.
